Virtual Internship

Join our team and help support humanitarian aid for Ukraine

5–7 hrs / week 14–15 week semester Remote / Virtual $600 stipend Deadline: March 31, 2026

Volia Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2023 in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. We connect fundraisers across the world with logistics partners to ensure life-saving supplies reach areas in Ukraine where they're needed most.

Through collaboration with private donors, foundations, and on-the-ground partners, Volia Fund maximizes every contribution to create tangible impact for communities affected by war.

This is a great opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, data management, and donor relations — all while working as part of an energetic, supportive virtual team. You'll learn what it takes to run an international nonprofit from behind the scenes, and your work will directly support humanitarian aid for people in Ukraine.

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern who enjoys collaboration and creative problem-solving. You'll work closely with our Executive Director and team to help manage donor communications, organize fundraising data, and keep our operations running smoothly.

  • Maintain accurate records in our donor management system (DMS)
  • Prepare monthly donation and trend reports
  • Help plan and coordinate online fundraising campaigns
  • Support data cleanup and workflow improvements in DMS

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn new technology tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to supporting Ukraine
  • Current college enrollment — any major welcome; college credit paperwork available

  • 5–7 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
  • Occasional evening or weekend events approximately 3 times per year
  • One semester duration (14–15 weeks), with the option to extend
  • $600 stipend upon successful completion of the internship semester
  • Application deadline: March 31, 2026
